Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to deal with the city myself?
No. Once your application and documents are ready, we submit it to the municipality on your behalf wherever they accept that. If your municipality requires an in-person appointment or inspection, we'll tell you in advance and prepare you fully for it.

Will you get me the insurance or the police check?
No — those have to be arranged in your own name, and in some cases obtained by you in person. We tell you exactly what's required and confirm what you have meets it before we submit.

Do you guarantee my licence will be approved?
No. Approval is entirely up to the municipality, based on their bylaws and your property. We prepare and submit a complete, accurate application to give you the best possible chance.
